Ground seeds of a mustard plant, which is a member of the cabbage family. Mix with water to form a liquid mustard and add vinegar if you wish. Dipping sauce for egg rolls and barbeque pork (not as potent as the hot mustard powder). Also great on sandwiches. 90% are grown in Canada but now also grown in U.S.
