Online Ordering Policies
Shopping Cart Checkout & Order Confirmation
- All orders placed on our website are deemed the customer's responsibility. If you choose to do a Guest checkout from our shopping cart- Please be aware that not all options may be available that creating an account has.
- If you are uncertain if an order was submitted, please contact customer service at (800)735-7198 or sign in to the my account area to view orders that you have placed. You can only sign into your account if you have registered as a customer account.
Reporting Errors or Orders Not Received
- If you notice an error on your order, please report it to us immediately. Any errors made by the customer, will be the customer’s responsibility. We can replace the product with the product you would like, however it will be the customer's responsibility to send the wrong ordered product back to us.
- Any errors made by MarketSpice must be reported to us within 7 business days of receipt of the order so that we can re-make and re-ship the order.
- Any Orders NOT received must be reported to us within 14 days after the expected receiving date.
Wrong Address Charges
- If the shipping address given on the order is incorrect and we need to have it re-directed to the correct address, there will be a $15.00 fee that will be required to be paid before we can re-direct your package.
Requesting A Change To Your Order
- Once an order is placed via web we are not able to add to the order. It must be canceled and placed again. Please call (800)735-7198 to cancel your order.
Returns
- MarketSpice will not take returns of any products that have been opened or tampered with. No exceptions can be made for this policy.
- Items that have been accidentally ordered MarketSpice will replace (un-opened items) within 7 business days. It is the customers responsibility to send the wrong product back to us. Returns can take 3-7 business days to get to you depending on which state you live in.
- Replacement of product that does not meet our standards we will replace within 30 days of purchase. If we are not notified within 30 days, we cannot replace your product. Any orders that have more than three items requested to be replaced, we will ask the un-opened items be sent back to us for quality control.
Shipping Policies
Delivery
- Standard processing for most products is approximately 5-7 business days plus shipping time. (This is not a guaranteed time frame as certain circumstances may cause a longer delivery)
- Standard delivery excludes INTERNATIONAL orders which could take up to an additional 2 weeks.
- Since Holidays tend to get busy, orders can take up to 14 days longer. We give you the option at check-out to choose how you would like your products shipped. You can select from Fed Ex ground or express shipping or USPS priority or first class mail. USPS option is not applicable to all states. The days listed are transit times and do not include the time it takes to make & process your order.
- We do offer Rush services which will leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Transit time is not included in the 1-2 business days.
Shipping
- We make every effort to get your items to you quickly and efficiently. We asked that you please double check your shipping address as additional shipping charges will apply if your package is returned to us for an invalid or incomplete address. Once an order is placed and in the warehouse for processing, we can make changes to the order within 24 hours.
- Since we have no control over the shipping carrier, if your item is damaged in the mail, please keep your damaged package so that we can file a claim. We also do not refund Rush or delivery fees for late deliveries due to acts of nature which include tornado, hurricane, snow, ice storms etc...) If this happens, call us immediately for further instructions. We are not responsible for refunding shipping and handling charges.
Rush Service
- Rush orders will leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days.
- Shipping charges are extra. You may choose overnight, 2nd day air or ground service. USPS orders go priority mail.
Sales Policy
- Sale prices are only valid on the listed dates. Orders placed before or after the valid sale dates cannot be adjusted.
Privacy Policy
- MarketSpice DOES NOT sell, trade or share customer information with any other companies. Information we gather from the customer is strictly for the purpose of fulfilling, charging and shipping the customers orders. We collect phone numbers and email addresses in case we need to contact the customer regarding their order or for sale notifications.
- We consider credit card fraud a very serious criminal offense. If there is any doubt about an order placed, we will contact you via email or phone, so we can verify that it is valid. If we cannot resolve the suspect transaction we will cancel the order with no notice or correspondence sent.
