Italian Sausage Mix in a 1.5oz cellophane package (Recipe included).
Needed: 1 ;1/2 lb. unseasoned ground pork, 2 tsp. salt, ;1/4 tsp. sugar, 1 tsp. warm water and 2 tbsp. Italian Sausage Mix.
To prepare: place pork into a bowl and break up with a fork. Sprinkle with the salt, sugar, Italian Sausage Mix and warm water. Wet fingers and mix until thoroughly blended. If the meat still seems dry, add another teaspoon of water. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or longer to allow flavors to blend. Use in your favorite Italian dishes. Freezes well.
