In Hindi, the word Garam means hot, while the word Masala means mixture. The word Garam may be misleading though; here it refers to the potency of the spice blend, not the heat level. Traditionally the spices contained in Garam Masala vary from region to region, and thus the uses for it are varied. Our blend can be used in curries, marinades, and on baked chicken.
