Ingredients: Paprika, Onion, Garlic, Red Pepper, Pepper and herbs.
Directions: Heat a cast-iron skillet over very high heat. Dip 3/4in thick fish fillet or skinless chicken breast in melted butter, sprinkle seasoning generously on both sides. Cook until spices look charred.
