Turkey/Poultry Brine Mix - 2oz is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.
Add approximately 1/4 cup of the brine mix to 2 gallons liquid (water or broth) and 1 cup of salt. Bring to a boil, let cool and fully submerge the bird refrigerating overnight. Also excellent for brining game hen, chicken and duck.
