Sweet and smoky, this salt-free blend can be used as a dry rub on meats, as a sauce, or combined with honey to create a tantalizing glaze.
Ingredients: Chili Powder, Mustard, Paprika, Liquid Smoke, Dextrose and spices.
Needed for recipe: 2 Tbsp. BBQ Spice Blend, 8oz can of tomato sauce, 1/2 C. water, 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce, 1 medium Onion (chopped) and 1 Tbsp. oil. Saute minced onion in oil. Add the rest of the ingredients and let simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
