To prepare: Combine 2 tbsp. olive oil, 1 large onion (chopped), 2-28 oz. cans Italian Plum Tomatoes, 6 oz. tomato paste, 2/3 cup water or white wine, 1 1/2 tsp. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt (or more to taste), 1 tbsp. dried parsley or 3 tbsp. fresh, 2 tbsp. Marinara Blend Mix. If you like a chunky sauce, barely process the tomatoes in the blender or chop by hand. If you like a smooth sauce, seed the tomatoes then whirl smooth or use a food mill.
