African Redbush (Rooibos) is a shrub with needle-like leaves grown only in South Africa. The bush is actually green, but oxidation and fermentation after cutting cause the leaves to turn red.
Rooibos has a naturally sweet taste with 50 times the anti-oxidant properties of green tea. It is also naturally caffeine free.
