To prepare: Combine 1 cup mayonnaise, 2 tbsp. vinegar and 1 tbsp. Potato Salad Spice. To that, add 4-5 cups cooked potatoes, sliced or cubed with 1-2 cups combination of: chopped celery, dill pickle, green and/or red pepper, olives, pimento, hard boiled eggs. Choose your favorite ingredients. Add salt to taste. Chill for several hours before serving. Ingredients: Onion, Garlic, Mustard, Pepper, Paprika, Chili Pepper, Turmeric, Herbs, Spices and Citric Acid.
