Same recipe as our Hamburger-Sausage Mix, but we've simply added more spices. Mix with hamburger as per the recipe below, or add after cooking.
Day 1: Combine 2 1/2 oz with five pounds of hamburger (the higher the fat content the better). Mix well and refrigerate.
Day 2 and 3: Continue to mix well by hand and refrigerate.
Day 4: Form into five log rolls. Bake on broiler pan on bottom rack of 200degrees oven for six hours.
Ingredients: Curing Salt, Garlic Pepper, Mustard Seed, Hickory Smoked Salt, Crushed Red Pepper, Fennel Seed, Anise Seed and Garlic.
