Blend of ginger, cinnamon, chili powder, coriander, cloves, nutmeg, cayenne and cumin.
Recipe for apple chutney: 4 large tart apples, cored and cut into 1/2 inch dice (peel them if you'd like), 1/2 onion finely diced, 1/4 cup white wine vinegar, 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1/4 cup dried cherries or raisins, 1 tsp. chutney mix.
Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan over high heat. Upon boiling, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve as a side with meat dishes, especially pork chops.
