Our order desk is open Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. PST.
We can ship to your friends or family throughout the U.S. or overseas.


Will Call Orders:


If you live local to our Redmond Wa. warehouse, you can arrange to pick up your order as a Will Call.  Under the shipping options choose the Will Call Pick Up option. 
There is a lead time for all Will Call orders.  Once your order has been received, your order will be ready any time between 3-4 business days.  Longer lead times do apply during the Holiday Season.
You will receive an email when your order is ready.  We ask you to please call us before you pick up so we can have your order outside on our Will Call table.


Shipping & Handling:

*Our standard shipping method is FedEx Ground, guaranteed 1-5 business days depending on your location.

Alaska, Hawaii, and any International orders besides Canada are sent through United States Post Office for quicker shipping.  Canadian orders are sent FedEx International Economy.

Orders are shipped within 7-9 business days, however, holidays are subject to longer lead times.

Orders Returned To Us:

Orders that have had delivery attempted, but FedEx was not able to leave at your home, FedEx then holds the packages at their facility for 3-5 days.  If you have not picked up your package within those days, they do return your order back to us.
If an order is returned to us, we can either re-send out your product to you for additional shipping charges, or we can refund you for ONLY the product.  Shipping charges will not be refunded.





Returns:

Under certain circumstances, we will exchange a product if we have sent you the wrong item, as long as it is unopened.  We can exchange unopened products within 30 days.

We do not take back opened products or do exchanges for unopened products past the 30 days of purchase date.
