A combo package of an 8oz Hot Toddy and a 4oz Spiced Cider mix. Winter Toddy: Our version of a hot buttered rum mix. Directions: Cream together 8oz of Winter Toddy with 1/4 cup butter. Blend in 1 pint of Vanilla Ice Cream (softened) and mix well. Freeze for up to one month. No need to defrost before using. To enjoy, blend 3-4 tablespoons of batter with boiling water in a mug (add spirits if desired). Serve hot. Ingredients: Brown Sugar (Sucrose, invert. sugar), Powdered Sugar (3% Cornstarch), Cinnamon, Nutmeg and Allspice.
Spiced Cider: Our own blend of Mulling Spices. Directions: To make Hot Spiced Cider, simmer 4 tablespoons of cider mix with 1 gallon of Apple Cider in saucepan for 15 minutes. Strain and serve hot in mugs. To make Hot Spiced Wine, simmer just below boiling point 4 tablespoons cider mix with 1 gallon of Red Wine in a saucepan for 15 minutes. Add sugar to taste. Strain and serve hot in mugs. Ingredients: Allspice, Orange Peel, Cinnamon and Cloves.
